Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy.
- Lead and motivate sales & marketing teams to exceed targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand client partnerships (B2B & B2C).
- Monitor competition and adapt strategies to ensure growth.
- Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to deliver market-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record in sales and commercial leadership within telecoms.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
